Each session is set to public or private. Private records are visible only to you. Public ones appear in the feeds of climbers who follow you.
Settings → Delete account, in the app. Every climb, photo and follow is permanently removed, and it cannot be undone.
Settings → Grading systems lets you choose which systems to offer when logging a climb. You can pick more than one.
