These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Kirock (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Using the App requires signing in with Sign in with Apple. Please provide accurate account information. You are responsible for managing your own account, and should contact us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised use by a third party.
The following are prohibited when using the App.
You retain the rights to the climbing records, photos, comments and other material you post (“User Content”). You agree, however, that User Content you mark as public will be shown to the climbers who follow you. You can remove User Content using the App's edit and delete functions, or by deleting your account.
The App exists to keep track of climbing records and does not warrant the accuracy of the information it holds, including grades, route names and gym or crag details. To the extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for loss arising from use of the App. Climbing itself is undertaken at your own risk — please climb safely.
The operator may change, suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice, and accepts no liability for loss arising from doing so.
These Terms may be revised without prior notice as needed. Revised Terms take effect when they are displayed in the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
The Japanese text is the authoritative version of these Terms. Translations into English or any other language are provided for reference only; where they differ, the Japanese version prevails.
